Welcome to Sheep, Shoes and Food. I am so very excited about this blog and I hope you enjoy the posts.

You may well ask yourself, why on earth would somebody write a blog like this? Well, to be honest with you I have thought about it for a long time. I’m a late thirty something woman living in Ceredigion, West Wales. My passion for food and farming has come from growing up on a sheep farm, my Mam being a fantastic cook and my Dad having fairly strong views on where and how our food is produced.I now work in the Welsh food industry so I am living the dream!

My love for shoes (heels in particular) has come from wanting to be a bit glamorous off farm initially, but also from being a little short and a touch too wide…..shoes always fit👏

Have you ever been on a leadership course? If you get the chance, go for it! I learnt a tremendous amount on the one I did. That is what has inspired me to give this a try….now or never! As this is all new to me I welcome questions and comments for improvement.
