I always thought I had a large selection of shoes, that could pick anything out for an outfit. It seems not any more. We have a 40th birthday party in Cardiff on the weekend, firstly I don’t know what to wear, I mean what is actually in fashion now? Secondly, my shoe collection has changed from a high heeled array of glamorous colour and sparkle to a vast selection of Birkenstocks, daps and flat boots in a range of muted tones. Things must change!

We had better go to Cardiff early, this girl needs to shop!
